After cutting the inner and outer diameters in one step, the outer diameter is then notched. Both the shear surface intersection and the notch intersection are strict, making it a project prone to mold troubles, but we are mass-producing it. Since we are using compound processing, we achieve excellent flatness even without a flat pressing process.
